Summer classes 2023

August 1st- 24th.

Summer is the perfect time to work intensely on your art form. Spots are limited, sign up NOW! Registration closes on July 25th.

Camps and Workshops

  • Princess Camp 8/2. Noah's Art 8/9. Dance Around the World 8/16. 1:00-2:30 PM

    • - Explore movement and rhythm in an exploratory fashion for young artists, A themed craft for every camp! Ages 5-8

  • Music Camp 8/5 2:30-3:15 

    • Mr. Robert and Miss Brianna have fun and new ways to help you understand rhythm. Whether you try that on the drum, with your hands, or even sing it! Becoming a better musician helps you improve faster as a dancer. We strongly recommend all dance students engage in this camp. and it is also good for anyone who is not a dance student too! 

  • Tap Camp 8/5 1:30-2:15

    • This is for students who have had a minimum of 1-4 months of tap experience. You must have your own tap shoes. ​

  • Teen Acting 8/5 12:30-1:30

    • Learning how to deliver dialogue, create stage presence, and writing your own script. ​

  • Boys Workshop 8/5 10:00-12:00 

    • Boys dance too! No experience necessary. Come and learn basic musical theatre movement and even a fun jazz trick or two!

  • Contemporary Workshop 8/11 and 8/12. 10:00-2:00 (lunch break is scheduled in-between classes)

    • Exploring contemporary movement by understanding weight shifting on your own, with your partner or in a group. Learning the feeling of being grounded in your movement and improving on the concepts of contraction and release. ​​

Classes

  • Get Back at it

    • For intermediate and  advanced students to work on their ballet and jazz technique.​ August 1st-24th every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00-12:30. We strongly encourage dancers to take the entire 2.5 hrs, but if they are not able to there is an option to sign up for jazz only. When taking ballet you automatically enroll for jazz as well.  You are welcome to sign up for just 1 week, or all 4.

  • Dance Works. 8/2, 8/9, 8/16 10:00-12:00 

    • For Intro to ballet a and b as well as home school dance. We will  intensely be working on the fundamentals of ballet, jazz, and contemporary, as well as basic rhythm. You are welcome to take all 3 days or select individual days. Anyone currently enrolled in these classes is strongly recommended to take at least 1 of these days to ensure technique is not lost over the summer months.

  • Manda Panda. ​​​​8/3, 8/10, 8/17. 1:00-1:40 ​​​​​​

    • Infusing ballet, contemporary, and jazz together to establish better balance, mobility, strength, and coordination for those with down syndrome.

  • Adult Ballet
