Gracie was first exposed to the art of dance at a young age when she took a few classes at a local recreation center. Her love continued to grow as she learned how to use dance as worship at Celebration Ministry of Arts in Fort Collins, CO. She then began her formal training at Lighthouse Dance in Loveland, CO, her freshman year of high school. There she trained in a variety of styles, including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and tap. As a student, she worked with choreographer Greta Sugai and performed the lead pointe role of the Angel Gabriel (“Gabrielle”) in the Christmas production “Nativity.” Gracie also had the pleasure of dancing in Lighthouse’s lyrical performance company from 2017/2018. In 2018, she was offered an apprenticeship with Lighthouse’s advanced adult performance company and became a company member the following year. Most recently, she has added hip hop technique to her repertoire.

Gracie joined Magnum Opus as a Trainee for the 2022/2023 Season. She is now entering her third season with the company as a Senior Apprentice.
